Access and Membership Issues
User signed in but cannot enter workspace

- Confirm active membership and role.
- Confirm invitation and identity setup completed.
Team member cannot open restricted admin areas

- Confirm expected role (owner/admin where required).
- Confirm plan supports the feature.
Prompt and Workflow Issues
PromptPress or Studio shows credit error

- Confirm workspace has available credits.
- Confirm user is in the expected billing context.
Workflow restart is unavailable
Checks:
- Confirm run is not still active.
- Confirm restart step exists for current workflow version.
Campaign counts show an old failed run after restart
Checks:
- Confirm the restart created a child run linked to the failed parent.
- Confirm the child run is still active or completed successfully.
- Superseded failed parents should not count in campaign totals or failed-job lists once their replacement child exists.
Campaign behavior does not match expected workflow
Checks:
- Confirm campaign is linked to correct workflow.
- Confirm workflow is active and not deprecated.
Content and Review Issues
Draft is saved but not visible publicly
Checks:
- Confirm publish status is not draft.
- Confirm route/template used by public site includes this content type.
ReleaseDeck appears empty

- Confirm campaign runs have produced artifacts.
- Confirm workspace/account context is correct.
- Confirm filters are not hiding results.
Site and Domain Issues
Layout changes are not visible after editing

- Confirm save succeeded before publish.

Embedded Site Builder preview differs from new-tab preview
Checks:
- Reload the embedded preview.
- Open the same staging or production preview in a new tab.
- Confirm the footer is enabled in Site Settings.
- Confirm the parent page can scroll when the gesture starts inside the preview frame.
Domain does not resolve or verify
Checks:
- Confirm DNS records exactly match setup instructions.
- Confirm verification status in site settings.
- Allow propagation time before final retest.
Billing and Scope Issues
Checkout appears tied to wrong account
Checks:
- Confirm current workspace slug before checkout.
- Re-enter billing from the intended workspace.
API request rejected with account/scope error
Checks:
- Remove forged/incorrect account headers.
- Retry with proper role in correct workspace.
What to Capture Before Escalation
Always include:
- Workspace/account identifier.
- User role.
- Exact route or endpoint.
- UTC timestamp.
- Correlation ID when available.
