Third-party provider categories used to operate the service

Scope

This page is an overview for transparency. It is not a standalone data processing agreement, audit report, certification, or guarantee that a specific provider is used for every customer. Contractual DPA, subprocessor, residency, retention, and security commitments apply only when included in a signed agreement or written order form.

1. Provider categories

We may use providers in the following categories to deliver, secure, bill, support, and improve the service:

  • Hosting, infrastructure, database, storage, authentication, networking, and content delivery providers used to run the application and tenant sites.
  • Payment and billing providers, including Stripe, used to process subscriptions, checkout sessions, invoices, taxes, and payment status.
  • Email, notification, and communication providers, including configured transactional email providers, used for account, invitation, support, and service messages.
  • AI, model, search, embedding, and media-processing providers selected by us or enabled by a workspace to provide requested AI-assisted features.
  • Analytics, observability, logging, error monitoring, abuse prevention, security, and operational tooling providers used to maintain reliability and protect the service.
  • Customer support, productivity, documentation, and internal collaboration providers used to respond to requests and operate the business.

2. Workspace-controlled integrations

Workspace owners or administrators may connect third-party integrations, model providers, publishing destinations, domains, analytics, commerce features, or embedded tools. Those customer-enabled services are controlled by the workspace operator and may process data under their own terms.

3. Updates and notices

We may update this page as providers, features, infrastructure, or customer requirements change. Where a signed agreement requires advance notice, objection rights, or a more specific provider list, that agreement controls.
